1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between roalbd ("we", "our", "platform") and any user of this platform ("you", "player"). By accessing the roalbd website (https://roalbd.cam) or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Registration

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to verify identity through a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal. If verification fails, the account may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the roalbd platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
• No Restrictions: If there is any court order against you, you may not use this platform.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any other person is strictly prohibited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Bonuses and Promotions

roalbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific conditions apply for claiming and using these bonuses.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x).
• Each player can receive this bonus only once.
• The bonus is valid for a set period from the date it is issued.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.
• No withdrawal can be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash; they can be withdrawn after wagering is completed.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

• Attempting to access other players' accounts.

• Creating or operating an account with false information.
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts.

9 Responsible Gaming
